More About Me

My Family

I live in the Eatonville/Graham/Roy area with my husband and three children. We have one young adult, one teenager and one in elementary school. I have lived in Washington all of my life and been a Pierce County resident for the last 23 years. I know the area extensively, especially the areas near my home and office. I reside not far from the JBLM Roy gate and specialize in Eatonville, Graham, Puyallup, Roy, Spanaway, Yelm and the surrounding areas. Prior to moving to this area, I lived in Federal Way and worked in Tacoma. As time allows, I enjoy camping with my family, crafting, reading, church and volunteering at my children's schools.

Work Experience

I have provided exceptional customer service for more than 20 years, many of those years with Columbia Bank. During that time I held various positions in which I gained valuable experience with residential and commercial real estate, as well as new construction. A full time career in real estate was a natural progression for me and I absolutely love what I do. I enjoy helping others and find my job to be extremely rewarding. My extensive banking background has proven to be a valuable asset in helping me negotiate on behalf of my clients. Referrals from friends, family and past clients are my biggest compliments! As a licensed Realtor, ASP, SRES and Relocation Specialist, I look forward to helping you with your next real estate need and providing you with the level of service that you deserve. Honesty, integrity and overall client satisfaction are of utmost importance to me. I honestly treat every home sale as if it were my own!

ASP, SRES, ABR and Relocation Specialist

One of the important factors in selling a home is making sure it "looks the part". It is a known fact that well staged homes sell faster and for more money. I am an accredited staging professional and member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals ~ IAHSP, and would love to put my expertise to work for you. /
As an SRES, I have additional training, knowledge and expertise to council and address the needs of senior home buyers and sellers. This is often a major financial and lifestyle transition and can be an emotionally challenging time when selling the family home. I will not only create a customized approach to marketing and selling your property, but will also work to explore your housing options to ensure that your next home best serves your current and future needs. /
When moving out of the area, you want an agent that is well versed in working with out of area clients or has the contacts to refer you to a well qualified real estate agent at your new destination. I frequently work with clients that are being transferred for work, have received military transfer orders, or are just moving to be closer to family. Whether you are looking to list your home for sale and need a great agent to help you get it sold on a deadline, or whether you are relocating to this area and need an agent to work with you long distance on your home purchase, I have the training and knowledge to assist you and make the process as easy as possible.

Why Windermere?

I chose Windermere Real Estate for a number of reasons. It is important to be with a company who is an industry leader that also believes in giving back to the community. Windermere offers the most innovative tools and services and leads the way in agent support. Windermere also believes in giving back to the community through its foundation and annual service day. A portion of each commission I earn is donated to local needs.
